Garden Bouquet Gin

Crystal-clear gin with colorful food-grade edible flowers frozen in ice cubes - botanical garden showcase.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Botanical gin
  • 4 oz Premium tonic water
  • 4-5 Food-grade edible flower ice cubes (prepare ahead)
  • For ice cubes Assorted food-grade edible flowers (pansies, violets, nasturtiums)
  • For ice cubes Boiled and cooled water (for clarity)

Instructions

  1. 1. PREP ICE CUBES (24 hours ahead): Place one food-grade edible flower face-down in each ice cube mold
  2. 2. Fill with boiled and cooled water, freeze for 24 hours
  3. 3. TO SERVE: Fill balloon gin glass with food-grade edible flower ice cubes
  4. 4. Add gin
  5. 5. Top with premium tonic water
  6. 6. Garnish with fresh food-grade edible flowers and lemon wheel
  7. 7. Watch flowers float as ice melts
